PR POWER is a weightlifting progression app published by 921 Labs LLC. We collect what the app needs to work, we don't sell your data, we don't show ads, and we don't track you across other apps or websites.
What we collect
- Account details. Your email address, display name, and username if you set one. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your email address from them.
- Profile details. Your birthday, height, weight, gender, training goals, units, and theme.
- Profile photo. Only if you add one.
- Progress photos. Only if you take them, along with any notes you add.
- Training data. Your programs, exercises, sets, reps, weights, activities, body weight entries, and the personal records the app calculates from them.
- Subscription status. Whether you have an active subscription and your plan. Apple handles payment, and we never see your card details.
- Crash and error reports. Technical details about a problem in the app and your device, linked to a random account ID. Reports don't include your email, your name, or any health or training data.
Apple Health
If you connect Apple Health, the app reads five daily totals: steps, walking and running distance, active energy burned, resting heart rate, and time asleep. It reads the past year when you first connect, then recent days after that, and stores those daily totals with your account so your history and charts work.
The app only reads from Apple Health. It never writes anything back, and it never reads anything beyond those five. Health data is used to show you your own activity in the app, and it is never used for advertising, never sold, and never shared with anyone outside the service providers that run the app itself.
Connecting is optional and the app works without it. You can turn it off any time in the app under Profile, and you can remove our access entirely in Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Health, then PR POWER. Turning it off stops new readings; health data already saved stays in your history until you delete it or delete your account.
How we use it
To run the app: signing you in, setting up your program, storing your training history, calculating your progression and records, showing your activity, confirming you meet the minimum age, unlocking features for subscribers, sending account emails, and fixing problems. We don't use your data for advertising or anything unrelated to running PR POWER.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run the app, and only what each one needs. They handle things like hosting our database and files, sign-in, subscription status, account emails, and crash reports. They may only use your data to provide those services to us.
We don't sell or share personal information for advertising, and we have never done so.
Who can see it
Your account data, training data, health data, and progress photos are private to your account. Your profile photo is stored at a web address that anyone who has the exact link can open, so don't use a photo you wouldn't want someone else to see.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while you have an account. When you delete your account, it's locked right away and kept for 30 days, during which you can sign in and restore it. After 30 days we permanently erase your account, profile, training data, health data, progress photos, and profile photo. We keep a short record that the deletion happened, with your account ID, email address, and the dates.
Records held by our service providers, such as purchase history and crash reports, are kept under those providers' own retention periods.
Your choices
- Delete your account in the app under Profile, Manage Account, Delete Account.
- Update your details in the app. For anything you can't change there, email us.
- Get a copy of your data by emailing us.
- Turn off Apple Health in the app, or remove our access in your iPhone's Health settings.
- Cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings. Deleting your PR POWER account doesn't cancel it.
Depending on where you live, including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and California, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or get a copy of your data, and to object to or limit how we use it. Email us to use these rights, and we won't treat you differently for doing so. In the EEA and UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Age requirement
PR POWER is for people 14 and older. We ask for your birthday when you sign up and don't allow anyone younger. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 14 has an account, email us and we will look into it.
Security
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our infrastructure providers. Database rules limit your account data to your own account, and your sign-in is stored in your device's keychain.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
